Billy Batson (Asher Angel) is a 14-year-old boy who is chosen by the wizard Shazam (Djimon Hounsou) to be his successor. When Billy says the word "Shazam!", he is transformed into an adult superhero (Zachary Levi). Billy must learn to control his newfound powers and use them to protect the world from evil.
